In 2022 London publicly announced he had detransitioned and was living as a male again and has been an outspoken activist for children and womens rights appearing on numerous news networks including; Fox News, Newsmax, OAN, EWTN, Piers Morgan Uncensored, Tucker Carlson Tonight and Talk TV to campaign against gender affirming surgery in teenagers.
In February 2023, in an interview on EWTN, he announced the release of his upcoming book Detransition: A Memoir with Skyhorse Publishing and Simon & Schuster distributing. The book is currently on pre-sale on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Simon & Schuster and is set for release on August 1st 2023.
